Visit of a relic of Blessed Carlo Acutis

Location: St Rose of Lima Church, Branson Crescent, Kapunda
Over the weekend of February 1 to 2 a first-class relic of Blessed Carlo Acutis will be present at St Rose of Lima, Kapunda. Blessed Carlo can be considered the first millennial saint and will be canonised later this year as part of the celebrations for the Year of Jubilee. There will be Mass at 9.30am on Saturday February 1 - the church will be open until 5pm. Reconciliation will be available. Mass will be celebrated at 10.30am on Sunday February 2, again followed by the opportunity to venerate the relic until 5pm. This is part of a Vatican International Exhibition of Eucharistic Miracles which Blessed Carlo put together between the ages of 11 and 15. Fr Julian Tenison Woods in the Philippines - Presentation by Fr Roderick

Fr Julian Tenison Woods, a pioneer Australian scientist and priest, integrated faith and science in his life and ministry. Fr Roderick O’Brien will present an overview of Fr Julian’s three voyages to the Philippines and the treasure trove of scientific papers and articles and correspondence he left for us. 2025 lunchtime Pipe Organ Recitals

Location: St Francis Xavier's Cathedral, Wakefield Street, Adelaide
Free pipe organ concerts in St Francis Xavier’s Cathedral will again feature in the Adelaide Fringe during February and March. Commencing at 1pm, the performances this year feature acclaimed organists Jacinta Jakovcevic (Wednesday February 26), Amir Robin-Karas (Wednesday March 12), James Lloyd (Sunday March 16 – Festival of Hymns) and Val Estrella (Wednesday March 19). There will also be a recital by young organists on Sunday March 23.
