The Adelaide Cathedral Parish is seeking a Pastoral Associate to join the Parish Team. The position is offered as part-time, 15.2 hours per week.

The Pastoral Associate will be responsible to the Parish Priest and will work collaboratively with him and the Parish Team.

The successful applicant will be a relational, reflective, team person who has the ability to empower others in the many ministries existing within the Parish.

Areas of ministry include: General Pastoral Care, Support and Development of the Christian Life Communities, Baptismal Group and Sacramental Program Ministry. There will be flexibility in areas of involvement according to personal skills and gifts.

The successful applicant will possess appropriate qualifications, expertise and experience for leadership in a Catholic Parish.

A current driver’s license is required.
